About

We are casting a cat for an independent short film shooting in New Jersey in October 2026. Looking for a calm, friendly adult cat who is comfortable being handled and around new people and environments. The role involves simple natural behaviors: sitting/lying down, being petted and carried, eating treats, sitting in a carrier, and briefly wearing a harness outdoors. Previous film experience is a plus but not required. Paid role. One shoot day. Here is a pitch deck with more details about the project: https://canva.link/2snz35vom7sjrum
