We’re currently looking for a dog to play a leading role in an independent short film that will be shot in early May (4 shooting days total) in Las Vegas and Tonopah, Nevada. WHAT WE OFFER: - $100 per shooting day - All expenses covered – gas, food, and accommodation - A calm and respectful filming environment with great care for the animal WHAT KIND OF DOG WE’RE LOOKING FOR: - Any breed, any size - The most important qualities: friendly, well-behaved, and emotionally stable - Ideally, the dog is familiar with basic commands and is comfortable around people, cameras, and new environments - This is not a background or one-time scene — this is a leading role: the dog is the main character’s companion and appears throughout the film About the film: The film is a socially important story, dedicated to unidentified murdered women in Nevada, set in the desert and inspired by real events. It is a powerful and poetic project that will be submitted to American and international film festivals. We’re looking for someone who truly wants to be part of a meaningful project and is open to bringing their dog to set for a few days. We promise care, patience, and full respect for your dog’s comfort.
